Booking request

Conditions

– Confirmation of booking: Upon their arrival, guests must present themselves at the Reception (9.00-21.00)
– Arrivals and departures: the pitch booked in the campsite is available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure
– Delivery of Bungalows and Mobile Homes from 3.00 pm and they must be vacated by 10.00 am
– For bookings of periods of less than 5 nights, the full amount is required to be paid in advance
– The reservation is valid only with payment of the 30% deposit
– No-shows or delays: In the event of no-show on the established day, the pitch or accommodation unit booked will remain free, until the amount paid as a deposit is reached. After this period, the pitch or housing unit is considered free and can be sold
– Early departure does not involve refunds
– Absence of overnight stays, both of people and vehicles, will not be taken into consideration, but calculated as always present
– Booking cancellation: for cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date, the total amount paid will be refunded, after this period (up to 7 days before) 50% will be refunded. Cancellations received before 7 days will not be refunded.
– The dates indicated on the booking refer to the day of Arrival and the day of Departure.
– Fixed rates, inclusive of taxes.

Privacy: We inform you that the data you provide will be processed for the sole purpose of confirming your reservation and reserving you a pitch and/or bungalow requested by you. Your data will also be processed electronically in compliance with the principles established by the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
